Project Description: Multi-story Structural Steel Buildings, Tenant Improvements, Sitework, Co-Gen Power Plants, Utilities, Roads, Walks, City Streets and Signals
Duties Performed: General Contractor using Design/Build project delivery. We had full operational responsibility to plan, develop and execute the entire project including full bottom line responsibility from project initiation through completion. Duties included Site Selection, Planning, Programming, Design Management, Obtaining Entitlements and Permits, Full Construction Management, Negotiation with and management of all contractors, Facilities Management.
Financiers: International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Pension Fund and Slough Estates.
Results: Project completed on time and on budget. Tenants moved in on schedule.
